Ccleaner Registration
@Yllek: CCleaner for Mac keys also start with a C. If what you have was labelled as "CCleaner Professional for Mac" specifically on your receipt then you should be fine. If it only says "CCleaner Professional" (without "Plus" or "Mac") then contact support (support@ccleaner.com) requesting an exchange.

I had this same problem, it would just not accept my name even though it was correct. So I un-installed CCleaner and went to their web site and selected the option to get a prompt to remind me of my Licence Number. The email they sent had a link to download the software again and the important advice to copy and paste the Licence Number and my Name when I went through the registration process and it work !
Indeed. Something like 99% of registration issues are from mistranscribing "I"s as "1"s, "8"s as "B"s, "5"s as "S"s or "2"s as "Z"s; or small differences like capitalisation between the the name used to purchase and the name used to register. Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V sorts it out.
CCleaner not only cleans up the disk space, but it can also fix registry issues of your computer. It can also remove invalid or useless registration entries. CCleaner comes up with a built-in uninstaller that can completely remove any software along with its complete data. Many software leaves their useless folders in the hard drives after uninstalling through windows uninstaller. You can also download MacPaw CleanMyPC 2020 v1.10.8

Based on my previous experience, your diagnostic should lead you to find the registry information containing your library registration. try to run regedit.exe, use Ctrl + F to find your class, and modify / delete incorrect value. 350c69d7ab
