Download 2023 has officially unveiled its first lineup announcement for its first ever four-day event, which will take place June 8-11, 2023 in its legendary home at Donington Park as it celebrates the 20th anniversary of the festival.

According to this leaked draft announcement poster for Download festival 2023, Ghost are going to be on the lineup. They are performing at Sweden Rock on Saturday the 10th and at Mystic Festival in Poland on another date that week so the Friday or the Sunday are looking most likely.

New for 2023! The Download Megastore will be located in The Village, where fans can immerse themselves in all things Download, including a coffee bar, in-store activities and live experiences. There will be unique items and brand collaborations that are exclusive and only available onsite, from jewellery and clothing to accessories and homeware. The Megastore will open 10am to midnight from Wednesday 7 June and throughout the festival.

Ghost has revealed details of its upcoming RE-IMPERATOUR U.S.A. 2023 summer tour with special guest Amon Amarth. Produced by Live Nation and FPC Live, the 27-date tour kicks off on Wednesday, August 2nd in Concord, CA at Concord Pavilion, with stops in Milwaukee on August 12 at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Cincinnati, Austin and more before wrapping up with the band's Monday, September 11th return to the Kia Forum in Los Angeles.

Ghost is set to release a brand new EP, Phantomime, featuring the band's cover of classics by artists such as Genesis, Television, The Stranglers, Iron Maiden, and Tina Turner on May 18, 2023. The band teased the EP with the release of a single from the EP, their cover of the song Jesus He Knows Me, originally by Genesis.
This tour finds the band returning to the territory they're familiar with, as they played in these same three cities in 2019 as part of their run at the Download Festival. The 2023 tour will be the Swedish band's first headlining tour of the country.
