Tonight's episode of Hell's Kitchen started with the cheftestants reeling from the double elimination of Billy and Alyssa last week. Abe, who got into heated arguments with his fellow cast members, also acknowledged his behavior and apologized for the same. With this, the contestants then got ready to nail their first challenge as they followed the harp's music to the kitchen.

The service challenge saw multiple hiccups with raw meat, undercooked scallops and many other dishes that weren't presented properly. However, chef Ramsay felt that this was one of the best services they've had this season, and asked each team to nominate two contestants for elimination.

On February 1, 2022, it was announced that the series had been renewed for a twenty-first and twenty-second season.[3] Filming for this season began in January 2022,[4] making this the first Hell's Kitchen season filmed following the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.[5] On June 6, 2022, it was announced that the twenty-first season would premiere on September 29, 2022.[6][7]

Service: Tony Hawk and Nigel Ng (under his persona as "Uncle Roger") attended this service. Alyssa and Sakari served lobster Caesar salad tableside. In the red kitchen, Ileana again clashed with her partner on fish, this time Sommer, who forgot to drop a lobster and brought it up raw. They were otherwise able to complete service, but the blue team struggled again as Billy called out orders over Ramsay and O'Shay gave inaccurate times to Nicole, who undercooked the chicken, while he overcooked the Wellington. When O'Shay and Nicole undercooked the lamb and the New York strip for a different table, Ramsay kicked the blue team out. 781b155fdc
